Delete your BidArch account

You can permanently delete your account in the BidArch mobile app.

1. Sign in to the BidArch app and open Settings.
2. Select Delete account and confirm the deletion.
3. If you registered with a password, enter it to confirm your identity.

Deletion removes your account, saved lots, search history, alerts, registered devices, mobile sessions and uploaded identity documents. This cannot be undone. Photos used for coin identification are not retained by BidArch.

If you cannot use the app

Email info@bidarch.com from your registered email address with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will verify your identity and help you delete the account. Do not email your password.

Records subject to statutory retention, such as invoices, may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Notice.
