A carrier tracking number is displayed or sent by email after dispatch where the selected shipping service provides one. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed dates, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Missing or damaged delivery

Contact info@bidarch.com promptly with your order reference. For visible transit damage, retain the packaging and provide photographs. Your mandatory consumer rights and the trader's responsibility for delivery are not reduced by this request.
